All my life, I’ve loved the way books can transport you to another time, another place. They can make you laugh, move you to tears, or even inspire you to make changes you never thought possible.
I may be a writer, but reading is my first love, and my all-time favorite genre to read (and write!) is sweet romance.
What you’ll find here are clean, wholesome stories about larger-than-life characters living in small towns. While the locations are fictional, you’ll likely recognize a lot of them from the towns you may have lived in or visited long ago—a quaint Main Street lined with shops, charming cottages filled with family memories, picturesque landscapes worthy of any postcard.
Small Towns, Big-Time Romance
While each of my series and books are different, they all have a common theme. Love and romance are central to all of my stories and I love writing about the many ways that love can change our lives.
Writing sweet romance books allows me to explore the more emotional side of romantic relationships. My characters meet new loves, rekindle old flames, and often find healing through their relationships with others.
One unique feature of my books is the importance of location. From hometowns filled with extended family to ancestral farmhouses, I treat places more like characters. Whether it’s the downhome comfort of the Kentucky bourbon trail or the windswept shores of Lake Huron, you’ll find yourself wishing you could pack up and move there yourself!
After all, when it comes to love, there’s no place like home.
Brambleberry Creek
